What I Do
I am a Realtor®/Broker Associate and have been helping people buy and sell homes in northeast Florida since 2012. I work with sellers and buyers in St. Johns, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, Green Cove Springs, and beyond. Many of the sellers I work with are “rightsizing” their homes, and many buyers are relocating from other states. I have lots of experience with military families, 55+ communities/active adults, and new construction home sales. Thanks to the clients who trust me to help them with their real estate needs, I have consistently ranked in the top 5% of the 12,000+ member Northeast Florida Association of Realtors in sales volume.
How I Do It
When you work with me, I’m beside you for every step of your buying or selling journey and beyond. I am Your Person and I'm able to provide high-level, personalized service in part because of the resources and professionals at Watson Realty Corp who support my business behind the scenes. The excellent assistance I receive with marketing, compliance, third-party communications, and timeline and document management allows me to focus on what matters most - providing clients with the time, information, and attention they deserve.

This is where I’m supposed to say that I’m a Realtor® because I like helping people make their dreams come true. And while that’s true and I love what I do, there’s more to the story. My background is in the corporate world, so when our family relocated to Florida in 2010 it was a refreshing challenge for me, in a place where I didn’t know anyone, to build my own real estate business one customer at a time. A few years in, my husband was diagnosed with a neurological condition, frontotemporal degeneration (FTD), that left him unable to work or drive and limited his executive functioning. I am grateful beyond words that my real estate business has allowed me to support our family over the years since then, and continues to do so.
Who I Am
I'm a curious 'active adult' who has barely scratched the surface of all that I want to see and learn and experience. Mom to a ‘Gator and a ‘Nole, both whose humor and determination blow my mind. Stepmom to a 30-something since she was just 3 years old. Longtime care partner for my husband of 25+ years. Daughter, sister, friend. I’m a bird nerd living in an empty nest. I devour historical fiction, cry at parades and love being in the company of the quick-witted. I’m afraid of heights, don’t like eggs, and can’t carry a tune. Once upon a time, my dream job was to combine my love for photography, travel, and nature and become a photojournalist for National Geographic. These days I’m happy on my patio taking phone photos of whatever captures my attention in our backyard.
