We were renting after relocating 2017 and were in the process of researching on our own our house. We stumbled upon Julie while we were visiting open houses....while we were not interested in the open house she was show casing she took time to take notes of what we were interested in and followed up with suggested houses that matched what we were looking for. Julie was very detailed in finding us the right home while not inundating with an excessive amount of homes. It was like she narrowed down on what we would be interested in seeing and nailed it. Julie made sure to check in with us (while not bombarding us) and was very accommodating on short notice walk throughs. When it came to the possible house Julie was an excellent guide in walking us through the process of CDDs (we never had this in our previous state of NC),assisted with negotiations and working with the seller's agent working late into a Sunday evening to ensure we secured the house. Julie is very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and follows up leaving no stone unturned.
