JoAnn and I have been so fortunate to meet Julie Bentley.  We were moving to the Jacksonville area from out of state.  Julie had worked with our son's family on their move and they were pleased to recommend we meet with Julie.  Julie was very responsive to our needs; we were moving from out of state we were downsizing and we were semi-retired.  She took us to tour several homes over several days before we selected the right one for us.  But the real blessing that endeared us to Julie came when we were following her to the office to close on the home we selected.  It was raining and our vehicle was struck from behind.  The accident totaled our vehicle.  While we dealt with the police fire department and the wrecker Julie called her office and alerted the staff.  The staff was waiting when we arrived.  After we completed the closing Julie and JoAnn finally convinced me to visit the emergency room.  Though everything was fine Julie remained with JoAnn in the lobby and then arranged for 2 young men to unload the UHaul with Julie and JoAnn's help until I was released.  When moving day came Julie's sign in the yard welcoming JoAnn and me home was the final touch.We were blessed to work with Julie; we were happy with the home we selected but her attention to our needs and requirements and her going beyond the call in making a bad situation successful was extraordinary!  I don't know if we will move again we are very satisfied with our home but if we do Julie will be our first call.
