Dear Julie I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and support through this whole process....This journey has been incredible. It would have been difficult for anyone moving from Florida to Maryland add in the fact that neither my mother nor I have experience buying or selling homes. On top of that we are working with my mom's health and memory issues. As if all that was not enough we had to deal with COVID-19 and the constantly evolving situation... Throughout it all you have been patient kind and calm. You have explained things multiple times. You calmly resolved small crises like the cable TV equipment. You coordinated a myriad of services and repairs: the power washing the pump repair the home inspection the carpet cleaning the staging company the roofer etc. I am sure I am forgetting some. You were always cheerful and full of grace. Even when we threw my mother's financial advisor and attorney in the mix! I trusted your calm voice and appreciated your exploring options and explaining processes to me. You were very careful to not make decisions for us or "tell us what to do" but you thoroughly explained the options before us and possible outcomes for each option so that we could make educated decisions....I would love to write a letter praising your knowledge good guidance and patience.
